David Cheshire says: I am looking for this T-bird. Do you have it among your registry? This vehicle was purchased/Delivery Date: 1 July 1961 by Lt. Col. William Westover Kommers of Hyannis, Nebraska. He purchased the vehicle from Desmont Ford Co., Roswell, New Mexico. The vehicle is white in color. I believe the interior was black (unsure!). W.W. Kommers is my father-in-law. I never had the pleasure of meeting this man for he died before I married his daughter Debra. Debra and I have been married for almost 21 years and discussion of this vehicle comes up more and more each year. I would really like to find this vehicle and purchase if possible; even if in some junk yard somewhere. I can't think of any better way to show her that I still care about her happiness; her sentimental feelings. I don't know the last known location of this vehicle or any names of new owners. But I hope this is enough information to update your registry and hopefully someone will see my search. Any help is greatly appreciated. - - - - - - -
