This is a 1962 Thunderbird Convertible. It is Corinthian White (M) with a red vinyl interior (55), and was scheduled for production on January 11, 1962 (11A). According to William Wonder, the original body was completely destroyed by rust. The owner saved the identification plate and transmission, and used a 1961 Thunderbird convertible shell to reconstruct the original car. In 1990, this car was documented by the Vintage Thunderbird Club International as being owned by Terry Hann of Fresno, California. At that time it was the lowest known consecutive unit number of a 1962 Thunderbird Convertible with an M-series engine.
