John Caruso says: My father just bought this 1963 Thunderbird Hardtop from our neighbor. It needs some TLC. The paint has a few blisters and it won't start at the moment. I have to replace all of the wiring from the battery to the starter solenoid to the starter and I would like to do a nice tune up on the car.
