LeRoy Siebert says: My father purchased the car new, on December 5, 1962 from Burton Motors, Inc. in Sacramento, California. The car has been in our family since that time. I took possession of the car upon my fathers death approximately 12 years ago. The car is Silver Mink Metallic (G) in color with Medium Silver Blue Metallic Bolsters, Light Silver Blue Metallic Inserts (50) all-vinyl with silver piping and chrome Thunderbird emblems on the backrests.
It has Cruise-O-Matic, power brakes, power steering, power windows, power drivers seat, Magic-Aire Heater, SelectAire Conditioner, Pushbutton Radio, Windshield Washer, Backup Lights, Fender Shields, and Deluxe Spinner Wheel Covers. The car has 45,700 actual miles and except for replacement parts, i.e. battery, fuel/water pump, tires, spark plugs, etc., is all original as purchased. The car is in exceptional condition. <p> Bill Mann of Redwood City, California spotted and registered this Thunderbird on October 8, 2003: This is a 1963 Thunderbird Hardtop. It is silver blue with a blue interior. It has SelectAire Conditioner, power windows, chrome air cleaner, and chrome valve covers. It was seen at Birds on the Wharf in Santa Cruz, California in October, 2003.
