It was scheduled for production on October 22, 1962 (22K) and was ordered through the Twin Cities, Minnesota District Sales Office (44). It has a 3.00:1 rear axle ratio (1) and Cruise-O-Matic transmission (4). This Thunderbird was sold new by the Rozum Motor Company of Mitchell, South Dakota. It is equipped identically to RN 3297 and leased to the same company (see below). This Thunderbird was leased to Kuipers Construction Company, Mitchell, on November 1, 1962. At a later undetermined date it was sold to Mr. Harold Wagner. The present status of RN 3296 is unknown. See also
