All of the numbers match as per specifications. It is a 1963 Prinipality of Monaco, This car has been restored 7 years ago in California. I had the car shipped to Edmonton, Alberta and had it inspected to be able to register it, it passed inspection with no problems, I then decided to start driving it to put miles on it to see how it will perform, I put about 1000 miles on it and all of the engine seals started to leak as the car sat for 6 years in a garage, I had the engine pulled and had it completely rebuild and also had the engine repainted, There is very little left to do on it and it will be all complete by spring and then I can really enjoy driving it.
