In 1987 it was reported that this car had been modified to have a 3 - 2V carburetor, similar to a stock 1963 "M" code engine however this is unverified. The present status of RN 1438 is unknown. UPDATE February, 2009: Dale Lee submitted the picture and owner update for this 1963 Thunderbird Special Landau on February 1, 2009.
