Duane says this about his 1965 Thunderbird Landau: Its been sitting outside for 14 years and was not driven. All the glass is good, and the car complete except for the air filter housing. It has a Holley carburetor not a Motorcraft but has the Ford factory tag on it. The body has some rust through on fenders, behind doors, and the usual places but its a very solid car. The engine cranked and ran (rough) after fuel pump and oil change. Fuel tank is rusted through and all 4 tires are bad. Its going to take a lot of work but I'd rather start with a complete car than a parts car. Oh yeah the car had the optional spot light on the driver's side and it still works. The car belonged to Ron Zappe of Zapp's Potato Chips from 1992 until now. It still has the original owner's name on a plate on the console. Its Chalfonte Blue with a white top. UPDATE April 2019 it is for sale in Brusly, Louisiana (Facebook)
