Lennart Sahlin says: My 1963 Thunderbird Sports Roadster is under restoration. I purchased it in February, 2004 from an owner in the US and imported it to Sweden. It needs an engine, transmission, and a new interior. It is a good project car. UPDATE January 2013, Lennart informs the Registry that restoration is underway. He sent a copy of the build sheet; it has the build sheet of a 1963 Lincoln attached to it. UPDATE September 2017 picture added. It is now 2004 to 2017 completely (" Frame Off ") Restored to original condition by me.With some help from frends. The only modification is a dual exhaust system, a modernized relay system for the top, and a canvas top instead of vinyl as original.
Also a modern radio with USB from Custom Autosund. Imported to Sweden 2004 from the United States as a non-engine renovation object. Last registered 1974 in Louisiana.
