This is a 1963 Thunderbird Sports Roadster. It is Rangoon Red (J) with a black vinyl interior (56). It was scheduled for production on January 23, 1963 (23A) and ordered through the Atlanta, Georgia District Sales Office (21). This Thunderbird was documented at the Kruse auction in Phoenix, Arizona in January, 1998 by Phil Skinner. Arthur Ash III, who supplied the picture, reports that this Thunderbird was sold at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Phoenix, Arizona in January, 2003 for $26,676.
