It was scheduled for production on October 12, 1963 (12K) and ordered through the Boston, Massachusetts District Sales Office (11). This Thunderbird was documented by the VTCI as having been scrapped. In November, 2004 it was identified by Jim Defries as having been scrapped for parts by Bob's Bird House in Chadd's Ford, Pennsylvania.
