Andrew says: It is a mostly original car. All original interior except carpet and gauges. The gauges are AutoMeter gauges. The car was supposedly repainted in 80's. Everything is numbers matching. It was bought in 1963 by my great aunt as a new car. They were both active military. Her husband was an officer. On the front bumper if you look closely there is still the military stickers on it. While they were on active duty they were sent to many different places. They took their car with them. The car has been to Germany, Italy, and France. They were then brought back to the United States and moved to Washington State. The car was driven up until the 90's. The car was then parked next to her house under a pine tree for approximately 10 years. It was then given to my grandfather and his brother. It sat in his brothers garage for approximately 6 years. They then gave the car to my grandfather where it sat until the summer of 2017 when I took it on as a project and decided to restore it as a personal project for my first car. The car has had the entire interior stripped and cleaned. The paint was wet sanded, buffed, polished and waxed to remove all the tree sap and dirt in the paint. The transmission and differential were rebuilt. Engine is original engine and has 96,460 miles on it and still runs great and has great compression. The car is now complete road worthy, everything works, and is being driven. We are currently working on finding more pictures from its adventures back in the day.
