Owner Gordon Robinson says: Caspian Blue (dark metallic blue) (not too many in this color), 2 door hardtop with 2.5 inch wide white walls, sports a continental kit. The car was specially ordered with 14 inch wheels and 63 hubcaps to which I have added spinners.
I have owned this car since 1967 and am the second owner. It was originally sold by Lilac Motors of Newark, New Jersey to Charles C. Black, 40 Washington Street, East Orange, New Jersey on January 15, 1964. It has been a cherished member of our family for 35 years and restored in 2002 completely. We took part in the Thunder on 66 tour in August 2002 and took Best in Class - 1958 to 1966 at the Show & Shine in Austin, Texas and third place in the customized class in Costa Mesa at the VTCI convention in August. ----------------------We plan to attend many more events with this car and we continue to improve upon it as the days and weeks go past. ============ Registrar's Note: This Thunderbird's data plate lists only the month code of "A" as a date; it contains no numerical prefix. + + + + + UPDATE April 2022, picture updated.
