I'm the third owner of an original 1964 Ford Thunderbird 2-door hardtop, purchased in June of 2016. The previous owner, after months of driving back and forth to work in 1978, noticed this T-bird had sat undriven in a parking lot for quite a while, and purchased this car from the original owner. Later he repainted the T-bird a 1967 Frost Turquoise (said it was originally a somewhat darker shade of blue). After using it as a daily driver for ten years, he parked it in the garage around 1986, and for the next 30 years, only drove it occasionally.
