Paul Eckstedt says: My parents purchased my 1964 Thunderbird Hardtop new from Paul Swanson Ford in Los Gatos, California. My mother drove it nearly until she died in 1989. I acquired it from my father in 1991 (who is still alive today). I plan to keep it in the family and pass it on to my son in the future. It has great memories and history - I learned to drive in it and have taken many trips in it. It has about 119,000 miles right now. I am currently going through it and cleaning up a few things; trying to keep it as close to its original condition as possible.
