Steve and Linda Humphry say: This 1964 Thunderbird was found in a tree! It was discovered in a bush line at a local wreckers where it was abandoned 14 years ago. It still held its head up proud however; the body was badly deteriorated. The car has many useful parts including glass, trim,interior and a 390 4 barrel that we wanted for our 1961 Fairlane 2-door sedan. The beauty of this car was proven when we brought it home. Sitting sadly in our driveway we blew up the tires, gave her a bath and spent less than and hour cleaning points and cutting the fuel line, checking other fluids and putting in a battery to find out all the lights still worked and the car fired. We are going to part out as much as we can and use the 390 ourselves. Her under body may be badly broken but her heart will live on
