Dale Lee says: This 1964 Thunderbird Hardtop was my first car. My parents gave it to me in my late teens. This was one of many Fords in their collection. I used this car for several years as a daily driver and then decided to restore it. My brother did the body work and paint on it, my father being a mechanic did the mechanical work. My wife and I used it in our wedding along with my parents' '55 Victoria (which my brother now owns). We took it on our honeymoon to Kelowna British Columbia for the Okanagan Classic Thunderbird Club's Show & Shine in 1998. (Yes my wife enjoys the cars as well!) In October 2000 we wanted to enjoy our T-Birds with others who shared the same enthusiasm and interest as us so we formed the Calgary Thunderbird Club. Since then we have met some great car enthusiasts. <p>
