Jeffrey Fries says: I bought this 1964 Thunderbird Convertible in September 2001 from a gentleman in Marion, North Carolina and brought it to my home near Offutt AFB, Nebraska. I'm in the process of rebuilding the 390 and have the tranny out of the vehicle. The gentleman I purchased the car from told me he was the second owner and he took the car off the road in 1977. This T-Bird has SelectAire Conditioner, factory cruise control, AM-FM radio, reclining passenger seat, power driver's seat, and the Safety Convenience Control Panel. I look forward to completing the mechanical work this summer and putting this solid bird back on the road.
