This is a 1964 Thunderbird Convertible. It is Raven Black (A) with a black vinyl interior (56). It was scheduled for production on January 17, 1964 (17A) and ordered through the Boston, Massachusetts District Sales Office (11). As of June, 2004 this Thunderbird’s status was unknown. UPDATE July 2014, Dennis Dole reports it is to be offered for sale at the 2014 Barrett-Jackson Reno Tahoe Auction (Lot 64). It is reported to have 40,000 original miles. New professional frame-on restoration finished in the correct Raven Black with factory correct black stock interior and black convertible top. It still retains the factory 390cid V8 engine and Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The trim and bright work, interior and convertible top remain in great shape, as the car was sparingly driven and carefully kept by a car collector. Other notable feature include factory air conditioning, power windows, power convertible top, power steering, fender skirts, Thunderbird AM/FM radio and cassette player, and power brakes. --- November 2014 it is for sale in Scottsdale, Arizona.
