The status of this 1964 Thunderbird Convertible is unknown. It was presumed to have been scrapped. UPDATE September 2015, it is for sale at Future Classics in Lakewood, New Jersey. (picture added) UPDATE The Registry has copies of the window sticker, sales invoice, and ownercard. This Thunderbird was sold new at Mercer Ford, 1769 86th Street, Brooklyn, New York. The original owner was Michael Castellano, 1435 Cropsey Avenue, Brooklyn, who purchased it on May 27, 1964. Optional equipment was power windows, power seat, reclining passenger seat with headrest, Safety Convenience Control Panel, white wall tires, heavy duty battery, and fender shields. The sticker price was $5,408.30. UPDATE April 2018, it is for sale in Franklin, Tennessee.
