This Thunderbird's information was originally submitted by Richard Johnson of the VTCI. UPDATE September 16, 2011: Bill Klufkee says: I purchased the car just this Monday. It had been sitting outside at a garage in Maryland for the past 3-4 years. The previous owner had bought the car in 1992 and was planning a restore that never was completed.
The motor was rebuilt in ’93 with 93,500 miles on it. (Car now has 93,601) The interior was partially dismantled but all of the parts are there along with a lot of replacement parts. The clear coat was redone but it’s just falling off the car at this point. It is probably a lower cost job. I’ve wanted one of these since I was 12 or so. I saw one at the Carlisle car show back then and fell in love I guess!
