Alan Johnson says: My Thunderbird is covered in the garage at present time, will get pictures later and send. I purchased this T-bird in Long Island about 4 years ago and was told it had been in storage since the previous owner passed away in the early 1970s. The odometer at the time I purchased was 46,382 miles and had never turned over. It had all original interior in good condition except for the carpet on the passenger floor due to a wing window which did not close tight and allowed water to leak in. The color was turquoise and in fair condition. I may have made a mistake in changing it, but it is a metallic green with a white top. The only other thing I have changed is a electronic ignition instead of points and condenser. I really do enjoy drivng this car and do so every chance I get. Everything that was original works, but the antenna was changed and now goes up when the key is turned on. I did send a photo of this car to H.V.T.C.A. a while back with a little information about the car.
