Darrell Henley says: I just got my 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop from a friend, saved it from being donated. The body is in great condition and the interior is excellent. I'm going to rebuild the engine and clean it up. It is its original color and ran great until the engine started knocking, but that's easy to fix.
Update February 2011: Darrell Henley says: It has always been a California car and has original smog equipment still compete. My friend bought it through an estate sale from the original owner. He had it for two weeks and blew up the engine. He was so mad he was going to scrap it so we saved it. It had a couple of bad paint jobs we had to work through. My wife and I spent 7 months restoring it. It has SelectAire Conditioner, power windows, power seats, and fender shields. Original Interior. 82700 original miles and we painted it the original color Sundust Beige
