Mark Kessner says: I am the third owner of this 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop. It was purchased originaly at Montebello Ford (LA Area) by Blanch Blancard, registered on December 14, 1965. I purchased it from owner #2 in 1979. Its original color is Silver Rose Metallic (O). It has a black vinyl interior that includes passenger recliner and head rest (56). It has never been that exterior color while I owned it. It has recently been undergoing a major restoration, and has been painted a color to replicate 1965/1966 color code S (Charcoal Gray). The engine was replaced with a Ford remanufactured long block390 in 1983 at 95,000 miles. The car now has 131,000 miles on it.
