This 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop has a 390 V-8 engine, power windows, power drivers seat and fender shields. As of August, 2005 it was for sale on ebay and located in Edmonds, Washington. UPDATE September 2022, Joe Engert notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says: I bought the car in 2005. It came from a grammar school principal North of Seattle. At the time I thought nothing of provenance. Now I wish I had. He mentioned that it had always been a driver. It has 95,000 miles on the odometer, but I think it's turned over twice. I put about 4,000 miles per year on it. I'd love to find out more of the history. I've done quite a bit of work on it. Engine top end, front suspension, brakes, transmission, interior carpeting and skins, door panels, window motors. The wiring harness is on the to-do list. The car was repainted in 2015. I drive it at least weekly. Much of the time, it's every day even if it's not far. (picture updated)
