Ross Johnson says: I bought this 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop on Ebay on August 23, 2005. It was sold April 23, 1966 at Norwood Auto Sales originally. I am the fourth owner. I am currently having the 390 rebuilt since the car sat for some time. It has 64,958 original miles.
Jim Lenker of Godfrey, Illinois was the former owner: I am the third owner of my 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop. It is a platinum color and will soon be white. It has a dark blue vinyl interior. I am in the process of restoring to at least a really nice driver....I don't think it will get show status although I will put it in some shows. It has 64,600 original miles. I have been putting in huge amounts of hours sanding, welding, priming, etc., but I love it. -------Arthur Ash III registered this Thunderbird on January 12, 2005: This 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop has a 390 V-8 engine, SelectAire Conditioning, power windows, power vent windows and fender shields. As of January, 2005 it was for sale on ebay and located in Goshen, Ohio. In addition, Arthur Ash supplied the picture and reports that it was for sale on eBay in July, 2005.
