Ernest Formolo says: I bought this 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop through e-bay out of Seattle, Washington. The body has minor rust at bottom of each door and the trunk is rusted through. Floor pans have surface rust but are still strong.
I originally bought for restore but I may use it as a donor for the other rust free model I just registered. I am not quite sure yet because it does have a lot of potential. The body is straight and the interior is in excellent shape. I will need to talk to some people first to see what really is in my best interest. Its original color was Sapphire Blue (G) and it has a blue vinyl interior (22). It was schedyled for production on April 22, 1966 (22D) and ordered through the Atlanta, Georgia District Sales Office (21). - - - I also own Registry Number 21180.
