Ronald Courville says this: I am a realtor and was showing a property and across the street in a vacant lot was this 1966 Thunderbird, I owned a 1967 Thunderbird when I was 17 years old, that was 28 years ago, it was like stepping back in time. It was love at first sight, I met the original one time owners, Wayne and Francis Walker, a kind couple in their 80's, I visited for a couple of hours with them, my cell phone kept ringing, so I thanked them for the time spent and promised I would return to talk again, Mrs. Walker then said, well are you interested in the car? I was not going to ruin our quality time together by asking them to part with a car they have owned since 1966, I then said yes, we negotiated a price and just like that I had a 66 T-bird in fair condition, interior in excellent condition, 80k miles. My son is preparing to be deployed to Iraq, when he returns we will have a project to start. Whatta day.
