Jeff Simpson says: We have owned this Thunderbird since September, 2014. It has a drivers door with a data plate that says it was a Special Landau. I just found the ROT sheet which matched the door data plate. Someone must have installed the replacement door and interior. The car has been repainted from its original Ember-glow to a Black Cherry color. Options were AM 8 Track, Power windows, Power Antenna, Power drivers seat, reclining passenger seat. We can trace its previous ownership back to 1985. The last 25 years were in the Windsor Ontario area. We are currently cleaning her up and just installed period correct seat belts that must have been removed. I am installing a new power antenna and next year pull motor and repair some oil leaks and redo the rear springs. Overall the car is in nice shape. - - - - - - - The data plate on this car is from RN 58001.
