Donald Hicks says: Restoration of my 1966 Thunderbird was completed in 2003. UPDATE, this Thunderbird is for sale in Charlotte, North Carolina as of July 2014. (Streetside). The gate release indicates it was "sold to" Yates Motor Co., 8639 South Chicago Ave., Chicago, Illinois and "delivered to" Maher Brothers, 420 North Harwood, Dallas, Texas. (picture added) UPDATE: Oct. 11, 2014, this Thunderbird sold to Alfred H. Baucom, Ottawa, Ontario. (reported on 11/2/14) The data plate says scheduled date "17B" which is an error; the car was invoiced on April 27, 1966 and the VIN consecutive unit number falls into the range of cars produced in early May.
