This 1966 Thunderbird Town Landau was part of the North Texas Vintage Thunderbird Club show in June, 2010. UPDATE March 2013, W. B. Simms II notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says this: This 1966 Ford Thunderbird Town Landau has been in the family since it was purchased new by my great uncle USCG Lt.Commander Tito Laney. I inherited the vehicle in 1991. This is a father/son project and this vehicle is driven regularly. Restoration includes: paint and body: 2001, new vinyl top :2002,rebuilt original 428 and C6 transmission: 2008,new interior (seats,carpet):2009, Suspension 2012 and 2013.
