Chan Waldo says: I just purchased this 1966 Thunderbird Town Landau from a friend that was storing it in my barn. All of the codes that I listed above came from the original owners manual as they were typed by the original selling dealer, Crestwood Ford, which was located at 1224 South Main Street in Watertown, Connecticut. The original purchase date was 9/22/65. The car is a true survivor, completly original with the exception of the addition of a tach and a vacuum guage by some previous owner along the way. The paint of course is tired and I plan to renew that in the same metallic burgundy/Vintage Burgundy (X).The car is mechanically solid and was registered and inspected last year. If time allows it will be again this year and entered in a couple of local meets just for some family fun.
