Robert Bright says: The first Thunderbird I made an offer on was not taken serious I was only 9 years old and my uncle just laughed at me and walked away. This one was a retirement/birthday gift from my mother that my 9-year old son found. He made an offer and the previous owner accepted $1000.00; that was in 2003. This Thunderbird hasn't been drivne much - I refuse to do so until I restore it. Everything is original some rust in the usual places etc... battery box, quarter panels front and rear. I am currently doing deconstruction as weather and time permits. UPDATE September 2015, Robert adds: I intend to recycle all parts (drive train operationional) to someone that can use them. Unfortunate this vehicle has rot and decay.
