In August 2016 this 1966 Thunderbird Town Landau was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Gladys, Virginia. The mileage was reported to be 131,573 miles. UPDATE Ratrod65 notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says: I was born in 1965 growing up in Detroit so cars were second nature to me. I have wanted this year Thunderbird for many years but only recently did I find one for the right price and in such rock solid condition. I did buy it from the owner in Gladys, Virginia and she now lives in Lumberton NC. The motor and trans are being gone over along with the electrical within the next couple months. My goal is to have her graceful lines and heart of iron up and running by this time next year in August to DRIVE back home to Michigan where she was born for the annual Woodward Cruise. She sports the FE 390, bucket seats, and a story I hope to find more about and continue out on the highway.
