Don Verstraete says: This Thunderbird was originally purchased in Wheatridge, Colorado. Since then it has traveled to Pennsylvania, and on to Ohio, where I purchased it from a used car dealer. This Bird was in sad shape mechanically. The body is still solid with no rust through anywhere. We have repainted it, rebuilt the engine, replaced the brakes with new calipers, rotors, pads, replaced the rear springs, new exhaust system, tie rods and sleeves, heater core, vacuum lines, Carpeting, Trunk mats. All new rubber seals. It is now a presentable 66 Thunderbird Town Landau. With some additional refurbishing it will be a proud 40 year old Thunderbird. UPDATE It is for sale in Farmington, Michigan. It was sold new at Johnnie Harper Ford, 3765 Wadsworth Blvd., Wheatridge, Colorado. (codes added, picture added)
