Cody Burch notified the Registry on August 27, 2010 that he owns this Thunderbird. - - - - - Arthur Ash III first documented this car on November 19, 2005 with this information: This 1966 Thunderbird Town Landau has a non-original 460 V-8 engine, power windows, power vent windows, power drivers seat and a black vinyl roof. As of November, 2005 it was for sale on ebay and located in Hood River, Oregon.
= = = = = = = = Updated December 13, 2010: Cody Burch says: The former owner says that his father got the car from a farmer in Medford, Oregon who used it mostly to haul hay to his cattle out in the field. It spent at least 15 years sitting outside without cover; I paid $500 for it. - - - - - Update, June 2013, Cody informed the Registry that he sold this Thunderbird. It was located in Portland. (picture updated) UPDATE February 2014, Cody tells the Registry he learned this car was shipped out of the U.S., but doesn't know to where.
