John Ryan says: My 1967 Thunderbird Hardtop was built August 24th, 1966 (24H); this was an early production '67. I am the second owner and have owned the car since 1978. The car was sold originally in Massachusetts, and its original owners brought it to Billings, Montana shortly after. I purchased it there after it was traded in by my dad for a then new Cadillac at the dealership he worked at.
The car is all original except for the 390 rebuilt, and some touching up on the front clip. It is an unusual optioned car with power windows, the Convenience Control Panel, but no factory air conditioning! I have upgraded the standard wheel covers to a set of restored styled steel wheel covers that were optional. My car was one of the featured cars in the August 1999 Collectible Automobile Feature on this car. Its color is code "E" Beige Mist Metallic.
