Alfred Cabal says: My 1967 Thunderbird 2-door Landau is Burnt Amber. I purchased the car from the sister of the original
owner. Unfortunately the original owner died of cancer a few years after purchasing the car and it was willed to her sister. I purchased the car from them in 1997 with just over 88,000 original miles. The car was special ordered on October 13, 1966 through Dario Ford, 550 Pawtucket Avenue, Pawtucket , Rhode Island. I actually have the carbon copy of the $100 money order deposit. The car was received on or about January 12th 1967. I have the original registration, sales tax receipt, owners card and even the key tag from the dealer. I also have the original window sticker, although it is a bit damaged from when it was removed. The options listed are Black vinyl roof n/c, 8.15x15.4 PR WSW Tires 43.12, Power side Windows $103.95, Power Bucket Seat-Driver 6-way 28.97, Power Antenna Retracting 89.94 and tinted glass 47.49. Transportation charges were $98.00 for a grand total of $5,212.95
