Sam says: I always wanted a 4-door Thunderbird so when this became available I had to have it. It .looked good in the picture so I checked it out, it has good bones. I have been working on 8-10 hours a day for three weeks now. every repair made over the last 40 years or so was done incorrectly. It has been work work work but is a labor of love. I think of it as really getting to know her. she will be with me the rest of my life. One odd thing about this car, the parts houses list parts for 63,64,65,66, then 68. what happened to 67, I don't know, hard to find parts, then they are 4 times the price. She is different, she is beautiful put the car in park and open drivers door, the steering wheel automatically tilts up and away. Steering and brakes are effortless. The suicide doors really show off the legs of a woman wearing a short skirt when exiting from the rear doors. Riding in the back is like being in a limo..
