This 1967 Thunderbird 4-door Landau was for sale at Affordable Classic Cars, 158 S. Granite Ave., Ontario, CA 91762. UPDATE January 2017, Tony notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says:The pictures were old and deceiving as when the bird arrived, the top was severely sun bleached and the carpet looked different. Also various parts of the car intact in the pictures were disassembled when the car arrived. We are putting her back on the road as a resto mod. The color and interior are data plate correct, but the engine and transmission are not original. The previous owners of this car tried and failed at restoring the vehicle. It had a junk yard 428 and a C6 out of a '66 Bird. Makes sense because these 67-71 birds are tough to find parts for. I had to scavenge parts from 7Y84Q152042 (RN 63189) to start the project. (North Carolina) (picture updated) UPDATE July 2018, Tony says: Almost 1 year into the project. The body is finally back on chassis. Modifications include, EFI, 2017 heated Lincoln mirrors with blind spot detection, rear camera, positraction rear end, 3-point front seat belts, and custom rims.
