UPDATE October 2013, Ron Hulgan notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says he just purchased it in Palermo, New York. It was last registered/inspected in 2003. It needs light restoration (brakes/fuel/exhaust/floors). It has 88K miles, a poor repaint, and impressively presentable interior for age/neglect.
