As of March, 2003 it was in Phoenix, Arizona. UPDATE May 2021, Kelly Castle notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He is restoring it. UPDATE November 2022, Kelly reports that the paint, interior, and drivetrain finished will be assembled in next 2 months. (picture added) UPDATE January 2023, Kelly says it is 95% restored, with a new picture.
