Elmer Woodard says that he bought this 1968 Thunderbird in North Carolina. He says it was intended to be a parts car but it runs great. Arthur Ash III reports as of April, 2013 it was for sale on ebay and located in Blairs, Virginia. Thankfully Mr. Woodard says in his ebay ad that it was too nice a car to part out. UPDATE September 2017, New York State DMV registration is current in Lawton, Jefferson County.
