William Stocks says: The original owner of my 1963 Thunderbird Special landau parked it in 1989 and was inherited by his caretaker in 1999 who kept it parked until July 2011 when it was sold to me. It's now restored to driver quality. It has 49,500 miles as of 1-26-2012. It is Special Edition #881 and has power windows, power seat, SelectAire Conditioner, and AM-FM radio. UPDATE May 2022, William says the car is in great condition, and is stored covered in a garage. UPDATE August 2024, William says: The T-bird now has 55,423 miles and has been kept covered inside. It now has a transmission leak and not driven but short distances periodically. I am now 88 years old and have put it up for sale.
