This 1957 Thunderbird was at the Mecum auction in Chicago. UPDATE October 2024, Dena and Dennis Gorder say: We purchased this Thunderbird in April of 2024 from Ellington Motorcars. The title we were given was last owned by Show Cars Boca Raton. They purchased it from Masterpiece Vintage cars LLC, in Indiana. It appears it may have been owned by Michael Petros of Canton, Ohio. We found parts orders in the glove compartment. His obituary says he was an avid car collector. Any information on why it has traveled from one sales house to another would be appreciated. This car is not a show car. It could use paint and bumpers re-chromed. For us it will be a fun driver.
