This 1997 Thunderbird LX is one of six that was given away in a sweepstakes by Valvoline. It is number 2 of the 6. It is autographed by Mark Martin on the two side window panels as well as the ashtray cover. The Roush Racing team put 500 miles on it, testing at the Michigan track and Roush Racing lowered the suspension 1 inch. It has gray leather seats with the Valvoline insignia on them. The contest was started on August 21, 1997 and ended on December 10, 1997. The has a 4.6L V-8 engine, air conditioning, cruise control, rear spoiler and 2,200 original miles on it. It is dark blue. As of October, 2004 it was for sale on ebay and located in Lake Preston, South Dakota. UPDATE July 2023, it is for sale in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. (picture updated)
