Gil says: I formerly owned this 1963 Thunderbird Hardtop. It was originally purchased in Pomona California. A Canadian hockey player purchased the car in the 70's and brought it back to Flin Flon, Manitoba Canada. I purchased the car in 1980. It was in very poor condition. I was a teacher in a vocational high school in Dauphin, MB. I turned the car over to the power mech and auto body students for restoration. I drove the car for the next ten years after which it was ready for another restoration. I decided I wanted a roadster so I sawed the roof off of it and customized it.The original roof was in four pieces and stored in the trunk. After a few years I donated it to Habitat For Humanity, in Winnipeg,MB and they raffled it off as a fund raiser. My understanding is that the winner sold it to a fellow in the United States. I haven't seen it since. It was white with a black interior. It did not have SelectAire Conditioner, but did have power windows and power seat. - - - - See the picture of the interior.
