This 1957 Thunderbird was documented in the September-October 2016 issue of Early Bird (Page 22) where a previous owner is trying to locate the car. The car was ownned by Charles Babcock's father. His father lived in NY and sold the car to someone in PA in 1982. It is Azure Blue with a white interior.
