This is a 2002 Thunderbird Neiman Marcus Edition. Like all NM Editions, this Thunderbird is Evening Black with a Satin Silver roof, a black soft top, and a two-tone black and silver leather interior. As of March, 2003 its status was unknown. UPDATE March 2013, Arthur Ash III reports it was for sale on ebay and located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. It has 608 original miles on it. (picture added)
