Chris Jacobs says:I bought this 1971 Thunderbird Hardtop from a salvage yard in southern California recently for $100 and had it shipped to eastern Washington State. I believe it to have 44,000 original miles. It is complete, rust and dent free, but badly oxidized from the sun. It sat in the Mojave Desert for at least 13 years. I will be restoring this car to its original state to be my driver. All of my friends like Mustangs, Camaros, and Firebirds, etc., and think that I am crazy to restore a "big ugly car". I think we should save these cars - they're unique and powerful machines. UPDATE June 2015, it is for sale at 240 N Ely St.,
